About
PAM is an AI personal assistant for families. It takes the chaos of emails, school notices, paper invites, Google Calendar, messages, and mental to-dos, and turns it into one smart, shared family calendar and task list. PAM helps families build their village of support, so friends and relatives can easily see where help is needed—and offer it.

Founder Story
The idea for PAM started in Wellington with Nicole Retter during and after lockdown. Nicole noticed how she (and her group of friends) had incredibly successful careers but always felt like they were drowning when it came to organising family life. After researching tools, she found a million options for business to manage their work and collaborate, but nothing for families, and decided she was going to solve that problem.
PAM's co-founder, Diogo Freire, worked with Nicole in the past, where she was head of marketing, and he was head of innovation. He joined PAM in 2024 to help build the technology powering the platform, and he resides in PaPAMoa. PAM's tech was mostly built out of Gather Cafe, Special Mention, Suburbia and Gateway Games, where his children play in the local Pokémon TCG league.
Vision & Goals
PAM vision is to help busy families thrive, and we aim to achieve that by supporting parents by reducing the physical and mental load of family admin.
