Pulse Panel

Pulse Panel is a lightweight feedback platform that helps saas app & website owners understand what their users really think.

It combines an embeddable widget with a clean management dashboard, making it easy to collect, review, and act on feedback across one or multiple saas apps & websites.

With Pulse Panel, users can track Likes, Ideas, and Issues, customise the widget to match their brand, manage submissions with statuses, and export data for deeper analysis. Optional features like email capture and file attachments give teams even richer context when they need it.

At its core, Pulse Panel removes friction - letting you listen, learn, and improve your product without getting buried in tools or process.

Pulse Panel really came from a “why am I building this again?” moment.

Over the last decade, I realised I’d quietly built some version of this feedback system into almost every SaaS app I worked on. Every project needed a way for users to say what they loved, what they wanted, and what was broken. And every time, I’d hack together another widget, another form, another inbox rule… it was always the same pattern in a slightly different shape.

At some point I just thought "this shouldn’t be something I reinvent every time - it should be a service."

So I pulled out all the common parts, smoothed the rough edges, and turned it into something anyone can drop into their site in seconds. Clean widget, simple dashboard, structured feedback, zero fuss.

Pulse Panel is basically the tool I kept wishing existed: something lightweight, customisable, and actually enjoyable to use - for me and for the people using my clients’ products.

Instead of rebuilding the same thing for the next ten years, I built it properly once. Now it’s here for everyone.

Honestly, Pulse Panel already solves the pain I built it for - capturing simple, structured feedback without bolting together yet another custom system. But looking ahead, there’s a lot of opportunity to grow it into something even more useful.
